You will receive ans email confirming when your email was verified.
You are able to pay via credit/Debit card. All payments are handled by stripe.
Yes, you can cancel your booking. If you go to dashboard and click on the visit you will be able to cancel/Edit the booking. You are not able to cancel a booking in progress, but you can cancel ones/all that have started.

All payments are held for 72 hours to allow any concerns or disputes to be raised. If you have a refund query please contact us via the support chat functionality or emailing support@konnect.care
If you’ve forgotten your password and need to reset it, click “forgot password” on the login screen, enter your email address, and follow the instructions emailed to you.
Please note, if too many failed log-in attempts occur, your account will be temporarily locked. If this happens, you’ll need to wait before logging back in. This is a security measure to protect your account.

You have full control over your hourly rates and minimums. While the platform does have a one-hour minimum, providers can set their hourly minimum higher in the categories of their choice, as long as you first confirm this with your User and the User agrees within the task’s chat thread in writing.
Once you’ve signed up, you will receive an email notification asking you to verify your account details by clicking on a link that’s been sent to your registered email address. Follow the verification instructions from the link and at the end of the process, it will tell you that your account has been successfully verified and can therefore start using the account. if we are missing any information that we need to complete your profile, you will receive and email informing you.
Background checks are paramount to creating a trusting environment between user and provider. We check all your documentation to verify your identity and check you have the correct paperwork.

You can change the data you entered on the app by logging in and editing the data via your profile. Please make sure to click save when complete.
If you forget your password, on the login pop up, click on Forgot Password which will send you a password reset link to your registered email account.
Konnect has partnered with Stripe a global payment provider so that after 72 hours of a completed visit, you’ll receive the payment in your bank account. This timeframe can be adjusted if there are any concerns or dispute raised around the work. We aim to resolve disputes as soon as possible in order to make sure you get paid.
You can see a list of all the visits you’ve completed once you’re logged in. Click on My Jobs to see all visits completed.

When you sign up, you will be asked to input bank details, this will help us to make sure you are paid into the correct account.
You can search Konnect in the app or Playstore. or you can click on the links here to be redirected IOS and Android.
If your account has been blocked, contactsupport@konnect.care for support on reactivating your account additionally use the chat window.
Konnect has the right to suspend or close your account if we believe you have violated our terms and conditions or have received 3 complaints from users of the service for terms violations. We will send email notifications before we decide to deactivate your account, making sure any funds owed to you are paid.
